Kunming, the metropolitan area of Yunnan.
Kunming is the so-called spring city which is 1900 meter above sea level.  The flowers can be seen all year around as the temperature is rarely out of range of 50-80F.

• Yunnan is the  most ethnic-diversified province of China, and possibly the most ethnic-diversified region in the world. More than half of China's 100 minority groups lives in Yunnan.

• The average evaluation of Yunnan Province is about 1800 meters ( about 5,000 ft). The Himalaya Plateau extended east cross Yunnan Province and build a natural blockage.  Make it the most difficult to reach place in China. During the past 5000 years, there are several attempts by the local power try to pull Yunnan away from the Great China without success.
