Shipping Details:

• We ship Artifact nationwide utilizing the services of FedEx and USPS. Your products are fully insured during transit. We pass our discounted freight rates directly on to our customers insuring that you get the lowest rates possible.

• Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the order and the distance between the origination and destination locations. Generally, the larger an order is the larger the freight costs will be. However, on larger orders the cost of the shipping relative to the cost of the freight per pieces will be lower.

• Even though all artifact we ship are well protected, Please do inspect the goods thoroughly for damages. In the unlikely event that there are damages make sure that you take some photos and they are noted on the delivery receipt and you are provided a copy. We will not accept artifact damage claims without this receipt.
• Count Everything Twice: When a shipment is received, count everything with our checklist and the receipt that will be provided from the trucking company. Make sure the number of boxes has been received. Refer to our checklist when receiving the order.

• We have a 99.7% damage free delivery rate. In the event of a damaged shipment, Grace Phoenix processes the claim for you. You sign for the damage upon receipt. Grace Phoenixreplaces the damaged product, pays to have it reshipped to you, or provides a refund for the damaged product, your choice. You have no out of pocket expense, and nothing more to do. This is an added benefit when you purchase your artifacts from Grace Phoenix.

• Stone Artifacts are shipped using FedEx or UPS ground services for the quickest delivery and most affordable rates. We have invested many hours in designing our packaging to assure safe delivery to you.

Order Cancellations or Refunds:

• Your satisfaction with any artifact purchase is the key to our success.
• All items in original condition, with the exception of custom works of art, can be returned by buyer for exchange, replacement or credit within 14 days of delivery, less the shipping and handling charges.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
• All items must be returned in the original packaging.
• Custom works of art are non-refundable.
• In the unlikely event your sculpture arrives damaged, we offer replacement or refund. In this situation, the damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We would pay the return freight.

Conditions of Use:

• It is the responsibility of the owner to determine if the residential conditions are environmentally and structurally acceptable for natural wood and stone artifacts. Grace Phoenix declines any responsibility for failure resulting from or connected with weather related damage or deficiencies after aforesaid artifact have been exposed to weathering which could cause damage to natural product such as wood, stone and fabrics.

Liability:

• Grace Phoenix and / or manufacturer will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct, incidental or consequential arising out of the use of or the inability to use the product. Before using, user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection there with Grace Phoenix and / or manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective provided that such guarantees or replacement are a stated of policy of the manufacturer.
