• We will respond you in 1-2 business day to let you know the availability of the artifacts you are interested. If we don't have the item you are interested in stock in US, we will give you a estimate of the approximate time it will need to get product stocked in China.
• If the artworks you want to buy is in stock, we will notify you and charge your PayPal account after your approval. Once we confirm the funds transferred to PayPal system using our email address: usa@gracephoenix.com or info@gracephoenix.com, we will ship out the item to you using either FedEx or UPS of your choice after we verified that your payment is in PayPal System.

Get Verified - You can use any credit card to pay us using PayPal service which is standard for eBay. Once verified your payment at Paypal, we will send out the item by UPS or Fedex of your choice. You'll be eligible for the PayPal Seller Protection Policy. Learn more

Security - Don't forget to update the business information in your Profile. The information you provide helps PayPal ensure the safety and security of the payment network, the community, and your transactions.

Fees - Fees are assessed at the time of the transaction. When you receive a payment in your account, we will deduct the fee. The fee amount appears in your transaction history in the "Fee" column. It is free to send money with PayPal. To see the current rates, click on the Fees link at the bottom of the home page.

Refunds - You can refund a payment to your customer within the first 60 days of the transaction. The refund link can be found on the Transaction Details page. Just click the History tab and then the Details link for the transaction.

Chargebacks - PayPal protects sellers from chargebacks if they qualify under the PayPal Seller Protection Policy.
